Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home.

What if I have pets in my home?

We're big pet lovers here at Spray Wipe Clean! If your furry friends are well-behaved and don't interfere with our cleaning process, we're more than happy to have them around. We're accustomed to working in homes with pets and understand the joy they bring to your household.
If your pet has a playful or curious personality, we kindly request that you keep them in a separate area during our cleaning sessions. This allows us to focus on our work efficiently while ensuring the safety and comfort of both our team and your beloved pet. Thank you for understanding!

Do I need to sign a contract?

"No, there's no contract binding you to our service. We want you to genuinely desire our presence!"

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my visit?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your visit to avoid fees. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability and is charged a $15 fee.

We do not issue refunds once payment is made.

What if I am not satisfied with the clean?

We offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please inform us by email or phone and provide photos of any dissatisfaction within 24hrs of your cleaning visit to qualify. This provides you with the opportunity to have us come back to fix the tasks.  The fix-up visit time & date will be in accordance with our availability.

Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?

No, you do not need to be home for us to provide a quote. We offer flexible options for obtaining quotes, including virtual consultations or in-person visits at your convenience. Just let us know what works best for you!

Do you use Eco-Friendly cleaning products?

Yes, we prioritize environmentally friendly cleaning practices to ensure the safety of your home, including your pets and children. Our aim is to clean homes in a non-toxic manner, leaving them in the same state—safe for animals and children. However, for tougher tasks such as toilet bowl cleaning, we may use specialized chemicals. Rest assured, we take great care to use these products responsibly and safely. Our ultimate goal is to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone in your household.

What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visits?

You can pay with any major credit card or E-transfer. Credit card can be stored in our system and charged automatically on the first of the month or 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.  Payment is always due prior to all of our services. If you are paying with credit card taxes will apply.

Are you Insured, Licensed & Bonded?

Our fabulous Spray Wipe Clean Crew is handpicked through a rigorous process that includes criminal record checks, background screenings, and reference checks. Only the top 2% of all applicants make it through to our training program. We're on the lookout for reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented team players who are eager for long-lasting employment.

What's even more exciting? We prioritize giving back to our community by giving preference to local applicants. So, not only do you get a sparkling clean home, but you also support our wonderful community!

Do I have the same cleaner at each visit?

Our aim is to ensure consistency by assigning the same cleaning team for each visit. However, in the event of illness or scheduled time off, an alternate cleaner or team will be sent. Rest assured, all our cleaners are trained to the Luxe standard, ensuring a consistent level of quality service. If you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your assigned team, we're dedicated to finding the perfect fit for you.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my cleaning visit?

Absolutely! We want to make your cleaning experience as effortless as possible, so you can relax and enjoy your tidy space without having to worry about pre-cleaning for us. If you feel inclined to prepare anything beforehand, simply tidying up the space, doing dishes, and picking up laundry or toys can be helpful. If there's a lot of clutter or items on the floor, we kindly ask that you lift them so we can thoroughly vacuum and mop the floors. However, please know that there's absolutely no obligation to clean anything before we arrive. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!

Kitchen how to prepare?

 To ensure efficient cleaning, we kindly request that the dishwasher be available for use during our visit. During our initial walk-through, we'll collect any cups or tumblers found around the home and place them in the dishwasher. However, for sanitary reasons, we do not empty dishwashers. Additionally, we ask that your sink be clear of dishes to maximize our cleaning time. Spending less time on tidying allows us to focus more on thorough scrubbing, ensuring your space is sparkling clean

What is not included in the standard cleaning service?

Our standard cleaning service does not include pantry organization, inside fridge cleaning, thorough exterior cupboard cleaning, oven cleaning, wall or baseboard scrubbing, interior windows, sills, window tracks, blinds (with some restrictions), as well as move-in and move-out cleans, laundry service, and bedding changes.

What should I do if I need to take a break or cancel my scheduled service?

If you need to take a break or cancel your scheduled service, we kindly ask for 7 days' notice before your last scheduled clean or 7 days before the end of the month. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures we can accommodate other clients in your regular spot. Please be respectful of your cancellation, as our staff depend on these hours to provide for their families. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
